Abstract

A method for optimal control of electric system operating regimes comprises measurement of voltages in control nodes of electric network, measurement of currents in control profile of a signal shaping system proportional to an economic loss caused by deflection of power flow in control profiles from available power, measurement of frequency in the electric system, determination of sensitivity of system operating mode parameters to the nodal load changing; shaping a signal proportional to the economic loss caused by deviation of frequency from nominal value, addition of said signal to a signal which is proportional to the economic loss from power flow deviation along control profiles; comparison of the obtained signal and the signal proportional to reasonable economic loss, conditioned by properties and technological conditions of the electric network, which is control preset; OLTC quality factor consideration and determination of loss factor, remaining life factor using a commutated current parameter, residual commutation current, number of switching factor, weight factors, cost of excessive technical power losses, total cost.
