Abstract

In the master's qualification thesis "Development of the automation system for sales of supermarkets" was developed software for the automated workplace of the cashier. ARM is designed to improve the quality of customer service, increase the speed of service, to reduce the human factor, to control sales. To accomplish the task were conducted analyzing existing analogues, their advantages and disadvantages, the interface of the program, the structure of the configuration file, the UML diagram, the algorithm of the program, and the testing of the developed program. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is that the proposed adapted model of ARM, the method of optimizing the interface according to certain criteria, which, unlike the existing ones, allows us to form an optimal information environment, is focused on functional processes and user support systems. To develop the system used the programming environment MonoDevelop - a development environment in the programming language C # for Linux version of the .NET framework - mono. The testing of the developed system showed its full efficiency and readiness for implementation. In this the master's thesis, the economic calculations of expenses and profits from the implementation of the developed system were carried out, the payback period and commercial potential were determined. The automation system is custom-made by Proffs TIM LLC, which is an act of implementation of the results of work.
