Abstract

A universal logic LC-element NOT comprises a transistor, whose first terminal is connected to a power distribution bus through resistor, a photoresistor and a capacitor connected to an output terminal, a global bus. Moreover, two input terminal and second output terminal, LED, two inductances, three resistors and two capacitors are introduced. As a transistor a field-effect transistor is used, whose drain serves as its first lead, a gate – as its second lead, a source – third lead. The transistor first lead is connected to the first output terminal via the first inductance and first capacitor, via in series connected first inductance, fourth resistor and LED is connected to the global bus, and through in series connected first and second inductances is connected to the second output terminal. The second transistor lead is connected to the global bus through the second resistor, through the third capacitor is connected to the first output terminal, through the third resistor is connected to the second output terminal. The third transistor lead is connected to the global bus through parallel connected photoresistor and second capacitor.
