Abstract

The subject of the master's qualification work research is the influence of vanadium on improving the quality and operational properties of the recovered surfaces of the shaft of the power take-off box. The work consists of five parts: 1. The current state of the scientific problem and the ways of its solution; 2. Research aimed at improving the quality of the restoration of working surfaces; 3 technological bases for improving the quality of the recovery shaft of the power take-off; 4. Calculation of economic efficiency of innovative decision; 5. Occupational Safety and Emergency Safety. The object of the study - the processes of forming wear-resistant coatings by surfacing the scrubbing electrode. The main objective of this qualification work is to create electro-arc composite coatings by introducing vanadium into the metal fusion area and controlling the hardness and stability of the structure.
