Abstract

The master's qualification work is devoted to the study of the functional filling of business centers, depending on their location. Since a significant part of his time in a city man carries out the solution of work issues, it is expedient to arrange such spaces, in which it will be possible to comfortably combine vital processes, while also expediently using their time. As a result of the research, the tendencies of business centers development were generalized, the current state of foreign and domestic experience was analyzed. The most favorable link between the two groups of premises was proposed - the main and auxiliary ones due to the preliminary determination of the peculiarities of the formation of factors influencing the functional and planning structure of business centers. It is proposed to expand the auxiliary group of premises at the expense of the recreation area, which consists of children's play rooms, rooms for the "mother and the child", SPA-center and medical treatment rooms. In addition, expediency of investing funds in the new zone is calculated on the condition of redevelopment of 15% of the existing office space. Master's qualification work consists of an introduction and five sections, with conclusions to each of them. The four sections are research and scientific, and the fifth part includes the economic part. Also, MQW includes general conclusions, list of sources used and applications.
