Abstract

Reducing emissions of sulfur compounds in the atmosphere during the combustion of gases and oil products is carried out by controlling the quality of products. The problem of operational quality control of natural gases and petroleum products is mainly due to the complexity of measurement methods and the low prevalence of measuring equipment due to its high cost. Thus, a spectroscopic method for determining the sulfur content in petroleum products is analyzed and proposed, the basic requirements of the device are determined, its structural scheme is developed and improved.
