Abstract

The proposed optically-controlled inductance element contains a phototransistor, a photoresistor, an adjusting potentiometer, two light-emitting diodes, and a control voltage source. The collector of the phototransistor is connected to the common point of the element circuit, the emitter is connected to the terminal of the power-supply source, and the base is connected to the first terminal of the photoresistor. The anodes of the light-emitting diodes are connected to the common point of the element circuit, and the cathodes are connected to the slider of the potentiometer. The power-supply terminals of the potentiometer are connected to the corresponding terminals of the control voltage source.
