Еру study the subject "Fundamentals of psychology and pedagogic" at technical university must take into consideration the specific features of professional training of future specialists, thus the problem of motivation becomes an important issue. One of its possible variants is the creation of motivation within the frame of humanistic trend, that is the manifestation of humanistic approach to the system of education. All this provides corresponding methodical support of subject programme, introduction of new topic devoted to actuality and expediency of humanization process.
