Моделювання процесів управління підприємством з будівництва та реконструкції елеваторів з урахуванням організаційно-технологічних особливостей

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу організаційних моделей підприємств з будівництва та реконструкції елеваторів. Розроблено та проаналізовано організаційну модель бізнес-процесів, багатовимірну організаційну модель таких підприємств. Обґрунтовано можливості розробки комп'ютерної моделі операційної діяльності підприємств, що розглядаються, оптимізації організаційних та технологічних рішень. Вперше виділено особливі фактори структури управління та методів управління будівельним підприємством, описані їх взаємодії.The article is devoted to the analysis of organizational models of grain storages construction enterprises. The organizational model of business processes, the multidimensional organizational model of such enterprises have been developed and analyzed. The possibilities of development a computer model of the operating activity of the enterprises under consideration, of organizational and technological solutions optimization with its help are substantiated. For the first time, the special factors of the management structure and management methods of the construction enterprise are singled out, their interactions are described.
