Abstract

Development is dedicated to a topic that has always been relevant, and today its relevance is growing - it is managing projects with complex dynamic resource structures. In analogues the solution of the problem of optimal project management for simple structures of the final state of the project is presented: parallel and consecutive synchronized, where the development processes simultaneously begin and end simultaneously. The new, expanded task of optimal management of modern production is set. The basis of the system is a working model of the process of functioning and development of the production system based on the methodology of optimal aggregation. The task of managing the end state of the processes of functioning and development of the system is set and solved. The peculiarity of the optimization methods used is the lack of simplifications in mathematical models of "cost, output", equivalent replacement of multidimensional optimization by a system of one-dimensional problems. Modeling examples are provided.
