Abstract

У статті досліджується роль ефективності взаємодії усіх відділів підприємства в сфері управління запасами. Сформульовано основний критерій управління матеріальними ресурсами. Наведені основні недоліки роботи відділу постачання та наслідки, до яких вони призводять. Розглянута концепція життєвого циклу товару, а також моделі управління та прогнозування рівня запасів на кожному з його етапів. Виділені оптимальні стратегії створення страхового запасу для кожного етапу життєвого циклу товару.

In the article there has been investigated the effectiveness of interaction of all departments of the enterprise in the sphere of inventory management. There has been formulated the main criteria of management of material resources. There have been suggested the main drawbacks of work of the department of supply and their consequences, to which the lead. There has been studied the concept of lifespan of goods and models of management and forecasting at each of its stage. There have been distinguished optimal strategies of creation of reserve stock for each stage of lifespan of goods.
