Abstract

In the article the theoretical and methodological aspects of efficiency of labour are analysed on enterprises. Studied retrospectively and the current state of the problem of forming optimal mechanism for managing social and economic benefits of labor in domestic enterprises. The interrelation between the organization and efficiency of enterprises with effective personnel management system. Highlight the criteria and indicators measuring system of social and economic efficiency of enterprises that will be assigned to the foundation methodological approach to the evaluation of efficiency. Conceptual position performance management system in the enterprise, which is an important tool in the skillful use of which may increase the effectiveness of not only the staff but also the entire organization. The developed control mechanism acting at the base forming an effective strategy for managing domestic enterprises.
