Abstract

Appliance for vibrating drying consists of drying chamber with gas distribution grid that is installed on elastic elements and vibrator attached to drying chamber. In the appliance another vibrator is installed, and elastic elements on which gas distribution grid in fixed, at that the first and the second vibrators are arranged as power piston hydro-cylinders working chambers of which are connected with hydro-line to drive hydro-system. To the set of hydro-system are included connected in sequence hydraulic generator of working liquid pressure vibrations and hydraulic accumulator, and pump with drive from first controlled alternating current electric motor. Besides that drying chamber is arranged heat-insulated, in its lower part connection with mains of drying agent inlet with inlet unit of drying aren’t is provided through calorifer with thermo-controller and fan with drive from another controlled alternating current electric motor. In the middle part of heat-insulated drying chamber manometer is mounted and discharge gate for drying material, and in the upper part inlet gate for drying material is placed, and connection with mains for discharge of drying agent with discharge unit of drying agent.
