Abstract

The subject of master's qualification work is the development and modeling of the main details of a detonating gun, in order to calculate stresses from an explosive wave. The work consists of the following parts: Introduction; Section 1. The current state of the scientific problem and the ways of its solution; Section 2. Designing and researching a detonating spray device; Section 3. Designing and researching of the automated complex for the restoration of the hydrodactylus rod with numerical control; Section 4. Calculation of the economic efficiency of an innovative solution; Section 5. Occupational Safety and Emergency Safety. The object of the study is the strength characteristics of the designed equipment. The main goal of the qualification work is the development and research of automated equipment for the restoration of working surfaces of sticks using the explosive detonator's energy source as a detonating device for coating and automation of the coating process.
