Анотація

Shock is a critical syndrome characterized by inadequate tissue perfusion, impaired oxygen delivery, metabolic decompensation, and risk of multiple organ dysfunction. The paper reviews pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical phenotypes, early signs of hypoperfusion, and prehospital priorities. Particular attention is paid to hemorrhage control, the C-ABCDE approach, prevention of hypothermia, and continuous reassessment before handover to emergency medical services.
