Abstract

The method of technical diagnostics of induction motors is offered on the basis of logical functions, which uses parameters of induction motors obtained in four modes of tests: test of windings; a dynamic behaviour; the mode of no-load operation; the mode of a short-circuit. The features of prediction of quality of the technological process are considered by production of induction motors, the analytical model of prediction is offered on the basis of functions quality metrics and Jordan's function. As the model of a drift of parameters is offered to use their polynomial dependence on time during testing.
