Abstract

The problem of estimation of net elements flow influence on client service quality at large communication operators is considered. The approach based on available solutions review and analysis of influence factor structure-technology and servicefunction intended for solving this problem at breakneck speed is proposed. The models of distribution and estimation of access net elements flaw influence in form of tasks on special graphs is elaborated. The algorithm, based on production system and methods of working with graphs, is proposed. Implementation of the algorithm is based on storing and processing access net data in operational memory. The results of proposed algorithm experimental investigation are described.
