Abstract

Recently, researchers are increasingly attracted to the researchers of yeast cells that are actively used in biotechnology. High levels of yeast cultures in biotops are the most important requirement for indicator organisms. In addition, yeast of the genus Rhodotorula are able to synthesize a wide range of carotenoid pigments. Today, in the literature accessible to us, the fact of blocking the synthesis of pigments in yeasts under the influence of heavy metals (VM) occurs in the form of short unsystematic messages.
