Abstract

A microelectronic device for the determination of diffusion length of minority carriers comprises a light source, optical system, roller with slots, light filter, slit-shaped aperture, those are series connected, and a specimen. The recording unit comprises a metal collecting probe series-connected to load resistor. The device comprises signal processing and indication unit, microelectronic frequency transducer comprising first and second resistors, first and second field-effect transistors, inductance coil, current-limiting capacitor and DC voltage source.
