Abstract

The basic properties of temperature frequency converters based on the transistor structures with negative resistance are analyzed, their advantages over other temperature measuring devices are shown, and the expediency of their use in temperature control system is justified. Temperature control system based on the frequency converters with negative resistance and use of modern information technology is developed. The use of virtual devices with the software package LabVIEW libraries when building software systems for temperature control is shown in the article.
