Аналіз сучасних інформаційних систем управління людським капіталом

Abstract

The paper considers modern information systems for human capital management and defines their functional role in automating enterprise HR processes. The advantages and disadvantages of Ukrainian and international HRM/HCM solutions are summarized in terms of functionality, cost, localization, analytical capabilities, integration and usability. It is substantiated that the choice of an HRM system should be based on multi-criteria analysis, taking into account the scale of the enterprise, personnel structure and human capital management needs.
