Abstract

The need to develop a system for mobile environmental monitoring of technogenic systems using space technologies is grounded. The factors influencing the functioning of the automated control system of operational monitoring are analyzed. The possibilities of the influence of the environment on the processes of functioning of ecologic automated control systems are considered. The existing methodological approaches to the justification of requirements for environmentally hazardous man-made systems.
