Abstract

The basic preconditions of estimation of efficiency of reproduction of natural recreational and architectural resources of Vinnytsia region are determined. An integrated approach to a scientifically grounded approach to the research and design of recreational and recreational complexes in historically valuable places with special natural conditions is developed. The rapid development of living conditions has led to the need to improve the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of natural resources, which in turn has led to an increase in demand for recreational products. At present, tourism is an important factor in the economic, social and cultural development of the region and the country as a whole. This forms the need for a systematic approach to developing a strategy for its development and systematic assessment of recreational nature use. Therefore, the article covers the recreational potential of the Vinnytsia region, highlights the main aspects of development at the social, cultural and economic level. It is important to note that in domestic and foreign literature considerable attention was paid to the use of recreational potential, development of green tourism, improvement of quality of service and organization of work. A significant theoretical and methodological contribution to the coverage of this topic was made by O. Beidyk, Fr. Gulych, N. Komarova, M. Reimers, K. Sochi, I. Schools and others. Given the significant contribution of scientists to covering the main issues of recreational potential, many outstanding issues remain, which require a more in-depth study and coverage of the main problems of economic and social use of recreational resources of the study area. The results of the study are shown in the comparison table of the recreational and tourist potential of the Vinnytsia region. Taking into account all aspects and features of the design and development of a recreational and recreational complex on the coastal territory, the basic principles of the architectural and spatial organization of recreation and tourism objects were formed.
