Удосконалення системи моніторингу перевезення небезпечних вантажів з використанням ГІС-технологій

Abstract

Currently, in the territories of each administrative region of Ukraine, from three to five thousand dangerous goods transported per year is carried out. Unfortunately, unexpected cases are Emergencies (Emergency Situations) during these transportation, the consequences of which must be eliminated as soon as possible, as the zone of damage increases with each passing minute. An important stage in the elimination of an emergency is the search for solutions that make it possible to properly plan actions for liquidation of the National Assembly.
