Abstract

A device for vibration-abrasive treatment of internal surfaces of lengthy pipes contains an operating unit with abrasive and a drive. The drive is made in the form of a pneumatic vibration exciter, in dead axial boring of which a piston is located which has stock spring-loaded relative to housing, to which removable inertial masses are secured. The stock is made with an axial channel of supply of working medium, end check valve with annular effective area, insert with annular effective area and T-shaped connecting channel, and also with screw guiding grooves made on the external surface of piston and connected with pins secured in the housing. Operating unit is made in the form of two spring-loaded bushings located on common stepped rod by conical surfaces towards each other. Stepped rod is connected by means of pin with the housing of pneumatic vibration exciter forming clearances with the latter.
