Функціональна грамотність як вітальна потреба соціального простору ХХІ ст.

Abstract

The article presents a point of view that functional literacy is a vital need for modern social space. It is noted that the social space is experiencing anxiety because of the growth in the number of individuals who are not able to function in conditions of ultra-fast pace of the XXI century and because of the knots in discomfort choose social passivity and escape from the social space as the styles of behavior, the samіm depriving him of the necessary vital energy here.
