Abstract

In this thesis project designed workstation machining parts "Аxis KR-18.367.02" The use of automation and mechanization can increase productivity, reduce floor space and number of workers. Use tools with numerical control allows to improve working conditions and reduce: the cost of living labor. In modern terms machines with automatic replacement of the cutting tool more widely used in the production and follow through with machining. Achieving high productivity of aging is also possible through the use of new designs of cutting tools and its rational use and exploitation. In a special section of the project is calculated basic and upgraded routes machining. In the economic section calculates the capital cost of upgrading the technological process and production cost per unit of output. After that is the calculation of economic benefit from the modernization process and the calculated payback period of capital investment. Under health and safety in emergency situations analyzed are dangerous and harmful factors that can act on the working staff.
