Оцінка статичних метрологічних характеристик опосередкованих вимірювань

Abstract

The questions of evaluation of static metrological characteristics of non-direct measurements are considered in the article. As a mathematical apparatus for research of static metrological characteristics it was proposed to represent the function by Tailor’s series. Such approach allowed to get such characteristics as nominal convertion function, absolute and relativ non-linearity errors of nominal convertion function, multiplicative and additive errors of measuring converting. On the basis of proposed approach the analisys of metrological characteristics of measuring means of moment of rotor inertion of electrical machine was made.
