Abstract

The relevance of implementing interactive approaches in higher technical education under the conditions of competence-based and practice-oriented training is substantiated. The main interactive methods that can be effectively applied in teaching construction disciplines are identified, including smallgroup work, discussions, case studies, project-based learning, problem-based learning, and simulation of professional situations. It is established that the use of interactive methods contributes to increasing students’ motivation, developing critical thinking, professional communication, teamwork skills, and readiness to solve real engineering and construction tasks.
