Abstract

In agriculture, biopreparations are gaining in popularity. This is due to the fact that their effectiveness, at present, is not inferior to the effectiveness of chemical plant protection products, and the safety of the correct use is high. Modern biological insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, bactericides and growth and plant growth promoters usually have a wider range of effects than chemical analogues. They slow down the resistance of entomopathogenic microorganisms and are characterized by more selective action. Therefore, the use of biological agents based on the new entomopathogenic B. thuringiensis strains for plant protection is a promising trend in agricultural production.
