Abstract

The opto-electronic information system for the search and control of vehicles movement was examined in these abstracts, and the algorithm of the traffic control was described. Communication system and data exchange with the mobile objects provides the linking with the coordinates of the location of the vehicle using radiomodem’s exchange system data.This method allows to implement simulation modeling of the control of vehicle movement and to create opto-electronic system based on it. It was considered the system of recognition of the state registration numbers of the road transport. The system uses neural networks for the recognition of the signals.
