Abstract

The device for neuron simulation comprises a space-time adder unit of condenser-based input signals and connected to a thyristor-based pulse generator with resistance-capacitance links in cathode and anode links, a resistor for device mode setting up. The device also comprises the first and second photo diodes and a light radiator. The electric power supply is connected with a cathode of the first photo diode, the anode being connected with a cathode of the second photo diode and to thyristor control electrode. The anode of the second photo diode is connected with a common bus. The light radiator is in series connected with a resistor cathode link of cathode thyristor to the common bus.
