Abstract

The article deals features and ways of setting quality indicators, which are subject to subsequent analysis and formation on the basis of the final result. Consider folding quality indicators and highlighted the most rational of them. Also analyzed the level of influence on the result of the qualitative characteristics of the process using the methods of total quality management.
