Abstract

A biogas plant contains a tank covered with a heater, consumer’s tube with a tap valve, vertical propeller mixer, above which a loading bin with the first slide valve is fixed and protective gas-distributing grating, and aperture for removal of the spent substrate under the vertical propeller agitator with the second slide valve located in the lower part of plant. The tank is wound with electrical heating cable having a heat regulator. The plant has two heat-transfer loops; each consisting of heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger is connected to a gas conduit having a compressor and block for biomass preparation. The second heat exchanger is connected to a pipeline of the spent substrate with sanitary pump and the block for biomass preparation.
