Abstract

In the master's qualification work the use of combination of traditional methods of designing and modern machine-building computer technologies for designing and improvement of machine tool for the milling operation of the technological process of mechanical processing of the part «Lid 21.70» is considered. In the technological part the analysis of the details of the part and the analysis of the machinability of the part has been made, the type of production has been determined, the workpiece has been designed, the technological process of mechanical processing of the «Lid 21.70» component has been considered, the description of the machine tool has been made, the admissions to mechanical processing and the cutting modes have been determined. In the design part, the justification of the layout of the machine tool, the parameters of the clamping device and its drive are calculated. Improvement of the machine tool for the milling operation of the technological process of mechanical processing of the part «Lid 21.70» was also carried out. In the economic part, the calculation of basic technical and economic indicators was carried out, the necessary technological equipment was determined, capital expenditures were determined and a calculation of the technological cost of manufacturing the component was made. The section on occupational safety and emergency management provides recommendations for improving the working conditions of workers.
