Анотація
This paper analyzes contemporary methods for recognizing emotional states in text messages. It examines lexicon- and rule-based approaches, machine learning methods, as well as deep neural networks and transformers for determining the emotional tone of text. The advantages and disadvantages of these approaches are discussed, and the prospects for further development of text-based emotion recognition systems are outlined.
