Методи та засоби підвищення точності визначення втрат електроенергії в розподільних мережах 10(6) кВ з використанням нечітких множин

Abstract

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of problem of increasing efficiency of electric energy losses analyses in the 10(6) kV distributive networks due to accuracy of variable losses calculations methods, and also increase of degree of these networks observation. The method of group load graph form coefficient determination is offered, which is based on presentation of individual users load as fuzzy sets, and group users as an unification of individual to improve the methods of variable losses calculation in 10(6) kV distributive networks. The use of this method for the electric network of simple configuration allowed to reduce an error on 3,5 %. The degree of observation evaluations method and optimum introduction of informative facilities of ASCAE determinations method is offered with the use of fuzzy criterion analysis to increase of observation degree of 10(6) kV distributive networks for the variable electric energy losses calculation. The developed methods are programmatic realized. The use of them in practice will allow considerably to promote efficiency of introduction of ASCAE in the networks of 10(6) kV.
