Структура та зміст моделі управління процесом практичної підготовки молодших спеціалістів технічних спеціальностей в умовах навчально-науково-виробничих комплексів

Abstract

The problem of improvement of management process of practical educating of «junior specialists» has been considered by foundation for forming of subsequent level of specialists, in preparation of which a scientific constituent must be involved. It is necessary to conduct optimization of forms and methods of educational-productive and research and practice activity of colleges and secondary technical schools in the system of higher education. The integration of different types of educational establishments in the productive sphere of enterprises on state and regional levels must finally take place. Development of new state standards on preparation of "junior specialists" and "junior bachelors" will give an opportunity to correct the terms of their practical preparation within the framework of educational-scientifically-productive complexes. It is a necessary and very important element of reform of higher education in Ukraine, without that quality preparation of specialists and approaching of our education become impossible to the European level.
