Abstract

The theoretical and methodological questions of construction and use of production functions were considered. The attention concentrates to the need to incorporate features of industries in the formation of the factors of production function. The production functions for different sectors of the food industry were built in real data. A factor analysis and prediction has been made on the basis of the production function.
