Abstract

Management, as a technical process, is the main and integral factor in the development of projects. In the vast majority of cases, new companies find it difficult to hire an experienced manager: the services of a decent specialist are not cheap, and it will be difficult for a foreigner to be entrusted to a foreigner at an early stage. Therefore, the project participants themselves are usually involved in the management. The manager works with processes. The processes are an integral part of the projects. The process can be one-time or continuous, but it is iterative in any case. This means that each process has cyclical properties: it can be repeated easily and even to start a new process, it is possible to apply the accumulated experience: academic methods, personal experience, colleagues' experience, etc. Direct participants in the newborn project, as a rule, are few. It is expensive to attract external experts. Therefore, to ensure effective management:  System analysis.  Interactive management.  Management of risks.  Management is the creation of changes to achieve a goal. Management must serve the goal, it is a constant movement. With an adequate organization of the management process, the IT administration participates directly and actively in the determination of the strategy and the objectives of the organization, since it is the most important source of development and innovation in banking and, at the same time, a source of serious limitations to business initiatives in terms of cost, time and viability. Of the many methodologies, we need an optimum and personalized for us and for our project. It is one thing to carry out routine tasks strictly according to the scripts of the book, another thing is to try and develop, by trial and error, your special tools to take into account the priorities.
