Abstract

A throttle device has a body in cylindrical cross section inside which hermetically elastic tension insert is placed. At both sides of the body at outer surface symmetrically with respect to axis guide elements are installed, with control devices that are made as hollow hemi-spheres and fixed on control screws, those in their turn are attached to the upper part of guide element, control devices in place of connection to control screws smoothly go to cylindrical surface walls of which tightly adjoin inner surface of guide elements, in the upper part of control screws grooves are provided, in the lower part of control screws plugs are arranged, on rotary handles of control screws cuts are made.
