In the article the features of personnel policies in the management company, clarified the main tasks of personnel policy in managing the company and improving personnel policies. In the article the theoretical aspects of forming and realization of skilled politics are considered on enterprises. It is indicated on ineffectiveness of skilled politics and necessity of perfection of going near her forming.
