Сучасні підходи до благоустрою територій розважально-оздоровчих центрів

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто сучасні підходи до благоустрою територій розважально-оздоровчих центрів у контексті формування якісного міського середовища. Визначено основні принципи організації таких просторів, зокрема багатофункціональність, людиноорієнтованість, екологічність та інклюзивність. Проаналізовано роль природоорієнтованих рішень, сучасних технологій та дизайнерських підходів у підвищенні комфорту, безпеки та привабливості територій. Окрему увагу приділено впливу благоустрою на фізичний і психоемоційний стан користувачів, а також на загальний рівень якості життя населення. Наведено приклади реалізації сучасних підходів, зокрема Superkilen Park, High Line та Парк Наталка, які демонструють ефективність комплексного підходу до формування рекреаційних просторів.The paper examines modern approaches to the landscaping and improvement of territories of entertainment and health centers in the context of forming a high-quality urban environment. The main principles of organizing such spaces are identified, including multifunctionality, human-centeredness, environmental friendliness, and inclusiveness. The role of nature-oriented solutions, modern technologies, and design approaches in increasing the comfort, safety, and attractiveness of territories is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the impact of urban enhancement on the physical and psycho-emotional state of users, as well as on the overall quality of life of the population. Examples of the implementation of modern approaches are provided, in particular Superkilen Park, High Line, and Natalka Park, which demonstrate the effectiveness of an integrated approach to the formation of recreational spaces.
