Порівняльний аналіз моделей цифровізації професійної освіти в Україні та казахстані

Abstract

професійної освіти України та Казахстану – двох країн з пострадянською спадщиною освітніх систем, що розвиваються в різних геополітичних та економічних умовах. Метою дослідження є виявлення спільних тенденцій, національних особливостей та перспективних напрямів розвитку моделей цифровізації професійної освіти обох держав. Порівняльний аналіз показав, що українська модель є більш гнучкою та адаптивною до кризових умов (воєнний стан, дистанційне навчання), тоді як казахстанська – більш системною та централізованою. Виявлено спільні пріоритети (розвиток дуальної форми, формування цифрових компетентностей) та відмінності (вектори міжнародної інтеграції, темпи впровадження інноваційних інструментів тощо).technical) education in the conditions of global technological changes. A comparative analysis of the models of digitalization of professional education of Ukraine and Kazakhstan is carried out - two countries with a post-Soviet legacy of educational systems, developing in different geopolitical and economic conditions. The purpose of the study is to identify common trends, national characteristics and promising directions of development of models of digitalization of professional education of both states. The comparative analysis showed that the Ukrainian model is more flexible and adaptive to crisis conditions (martial law, distance learning), while the Kazakhstani model is more systemic and centralized. Common priorities (development of the dual form, formation of digital competencies) and differences (vectors of international integration, pace of implementation of innovative tools, etc.) are identified.
