Abstract

The invention relates to volume vibration treatment of ceramic articles and can be used at enterprises of machine building of instrument-making, radio and electrical engineering industry. Device of volume treatment of details in granular medium consists of coaxially located external conical and internal cylindrical shells, plates-partitions on conical shell from the side of position of loading and circular perforated area on internal cylindrical shell from the side of position of unloading, and mechanism of vibrations, in which on the internal surface of internal cylindrical shell on its length additional partitions are set, through which a screw auger is passed, in this case external cylindrical shell with the help of the support and built-up rod with the springs of different strength and radial bars with resilient bushes is connected to the mechanism of vibrations and external conical shell, accordingly.
