Abstract

The subject of the research is the regularities of the influence of deviations of the structural parameters of the pump-injectors on their initial diagnostic parameters taking into account the operating time. The work consists of five parts: 1 Scientific and technical substantiation of developments to increase the efficiency of diagnosing and repairing pump-injectors of car engines of the public joint-stock company "Trans-Legion". 2 Improving the efficiency of diagnosing and repairing pump-injectors. 3 Experimental studies of the working process of the pump-injector. 4 Occupational health and safety in emergencies. 5 Development of methods and tools for diagnosing and evaluating the effectiveness of their implementation in production. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of diagnosing and repairing pump-injectors by developing a method and means of their element-by-element diagnosis with substantiation of permissible deviations of structural parameters of pump-injectors from control values taking into account their operation.
