Повоєнна реконструкція міст: принципи та закордонний досвід безпечного відновлення

Abstract

The paper considers the features of post-war urban reconstruction and identifies the main principles of safe urban environment restoration. The international experience of post-war reconstruction of European cities.The principles of historical reconstruction, modernist rebuilding and comprehensive transformation of urban structure are studied. It is determined that post-war reconstruction should be carried out taking into account the principles of safety, functional zoning, transport accessibility, environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, as well as preservation of historical heritage and comprehensive infrastructure restoration.
