Abstract

A current reflector comprises a zero bus, input and output buses, four transistors. The input bus is connected to a collector and a base of first transistor, also with the base of third transistor; the first transistor emitter is connected to the collector and base of second transistor, and base of fourth transistor. The third transistor emitter is connected to the collector of fourth transistor. The emitters of second and fourth transistors are connected to the zero bus. The current reflector comprises five transistors and a current source. The emitter of fifth transistor is connected to the collector of third transistor. The collector of fifth transistor is connected to the output bus. The bases of fifth and seventh transistor are united and connected to the collector of seventh transistor, also to the second terminal of current source. The first terminal of power source is connected to the zero bus. The emitter of seventh transistor is connected to the collector of eighth transistor and base of eighth transistor. The emitter of eighth transistor is united with the bases of sixth and ninth transistor, and collector of ninth transistor. The emitters of ninth and sixth transistors are united and connected to the zero bus. The collector of sixth transistor is connected to the base of third transistor.
