Abstract

Questions, related to evaluation descriptions of existent decisions in the area of stabilizing the humidity of dairy butter at its deviation from normal value, conditioned by complex influence of uncontrolled revolting factors on the stage of the reservoir cream aging, are considered, and the approach to the construction of the control system of dairy butter beater of continuous action is offered, that gives an opportunity to compensate these influences due to the automatic change of angular rate of mechanism of beater taking into account the delay of information of technological object state.
