Abstract

The paper considers new approaches, suggested by the authors, to the problem of construction management, well as real examples of using own system of construction management "Karts Planner 1.0". A number of actual problems of construction corporations (long term of documentation preparation, large managerial staff, etc.) is revealed, some scientific problems and novelty elements for their solution are suggested.
